Welcome to Secure the Call Foundation

It's estimated that in the United States there are over 45 million old cell phones sitting in drawers and closets. These old cell phones could help tens of thousands of our citizens feel safe and secure by converting them into 911 emergency-use cell phones and given away for free to those in need.

Any phone that can be turned on can be used to call 911. It's always a free call and will connect you to the nearest local emergency operator. If you have a cell phone, you're always close to getting help. But if you don't have a phone, you could be in trouble.

That's where Secure the Call Foundation comes in. We're a non-profit coalition of Police Departments, Sheriff's Offices, Battered Women's Shelters, Neighborhood Watch Groups, Community Service Organizations and Senior Citizen Centers. We take your donated phone and convert it into a 911 emergency only phone and give it back to our coalition partners for distribution. If you have a need for a 911 phone, we'll work to get you one.

We need your old cell phones to make this program a success. Please send your old cell phones to us using our Free Pre-Paid Mailing Label or help us save money and use your own label. Thanks to you, the program works.
